DataEdge needs your help. Research shows that a majority of the company’s best hires come from employee referrals. As DataEdge continues to grow, we want to hire the most talented and qualified individuals in the industry.

DataEdge will pay a referral bonus to any employee who refers a candidate to us.

Sr. Programmer/Systems Analyst    $1,000
Practice Leader/Principal Consultant    $1,500
IT Manager    $2,000
Project Manager/BDM    $2,000
Director    $2,500

DataEdge will only pay referral fees to employees for those candidates who do not need to attend the Training.

The referral bonus will be paid out in two (2) installments to you. Half of the bonus will be paid 3 months after the employee has started working on a project and the remainder of the bonus will be paid to you after the employee has completed 6 months of active employment. However, in order to receive the referral bonus, you and the referred candidate must be actively employed at DataEdge at the time the bonus becomes payable.

Directors and other management personnel are not eligible to receive bonuses for referring candidates.
